ACGON Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with ICM
International Cyber Marketing Inc., the organizers of World Cyber Games has appointed Cybersports as a Partner and National Organizer of the World Cyber Games 2008 Nigeria.
With the signing of this agreement, Cybersports has acquired the franchise for the organization of the world largest computer gaming event in Nigeria.
The agreement was signed by Olusegun Ogunlola, the President of ACGON on behalf of ACGON and H.S Kim, the CEO of ICM on bahalf of ICM on the 12th of March, 2008.
Intel to Sponsor WCG 2008 Nigeria
Intel Corporation Nigeria is set to sponsor WCG 2008 Nigeria, the first WCG event in Nigeria. This was made known to ACGON by the company`s Country Representative in Nigeria, Mr Robinson Babatunde.
The company has been identified with sponsorship of WCG national and regional events in many countries. Some of the benefits which the company will enjoy are products premiere and brand-focused PR during the entire duration of the tournament.
WCG 2008 NIGERIA Press Conference
WCG 2008 NIGERIA inaugural press conference was held on the 17th of April, 2008 by 2.00 PM. Venue of the press conference is Planet One Entertainment Centre, Maryland, Lagos, Nigeria.
Dignitaries expected at the event include ICM representatives, sponsors, top government officials and journalists from the print and electronic media.
